I went about a year ago with my family of 5 and a 8 month old baby. We got a suite with 2 bedrooms, each with Queen size beds. They gave me a crib for the baby. No noise problems what-so-ever. It was really nice and comfortable, and very clean. We walked to restaurants nearby and to Wet n' Wild. The people were very nice and serviceable. In general our stay there was very pleasant. We're hoping to go to Orlando this summer and stay there once again.

04/16/2008I was promised a stay in a 5 star resort blah blah blah...........i was traveling with 4 children......and there was no one to help me with my luggage.......... ...
i was promised a stay in a 5 star resort blah blah blah...........i was traveling with 4 children......and there was no one to help me with my luggage..........couldnt find a cart.......much less a bell man unless u were a member..........they didnt bring me a crib for my infant until my last night.........so he couldnt sleep.............they kept saying they would bring one.........then when i call back..........no one knows whatim talking about.........their kids program that i was promised was at another resort entirely for a nominal fee...........the restaurant..........another resort...........not enough parking...........the heated pool.u guessed it.......was freezing..............then they wanted to sell me a time share............i go for it for the free breakfast........they served us cold hot dogs and chips....i kid u not............and also after a long day at disney.......after i lug my children up to th 16th floor...........then back to the lobby which is a looooooooooooong way...........the man had an attitude with me because he said i had my key in the same pocket with my drivers license and he wished people would stop doing that...........the toilet clogged up our first night and they NEVER came to fix it.or gave us another room.........this was the worst thanksgiving i have ever had.........and i will never go to any of these properties again.........the rooms are very small.........very cramped and this is not a 5 star resort it is a fancy looking 2 star hotel and i hated it

11/12/2007The place is new and great no doubt and a good value for the money, but.
and oh it is a big but... there is a lot of noise ...The place is New and Great no doubt and a Good Value for the Money, BUT.
And oh it is a Big But... there is a lot of noise and near impossible to sleep at night.
If you are single or a pair of swinger partiers, then No problem cause there are two big Clubs across the strett. You will hear every word and feel the Base inside your very being. Staff does not care as guess there is nothing they can do about it. We were in the high teen floors and could not sleep. Had a hard day at the parks the following day. If you are brave enough to try it suggest you ask for Pool side rooms -

We normally crowd ourselves into standard hotel rooms. This trip, we decided to look for some place with a suite. When we saw the price of these suites compared to other rooms in the area, we had to try it. We were not disappointed!

Value for money
04/03/2007Westgate turned out to be a very clean and comfortable hotel ideally suited to our needs. we didn't miss a pool since it was cold during our stay.
