They wanted to put me in a smoking room even though I was allergic, a kind person put me in a "new" room, but had to change rooms 3 times to get one with a working heater, was hassled by the management for not being in a smoking room, and treated like my 2 beautiful german shepherds were dirty animals, even though they are clean and well mannered. There is nowhere to walk your pets either. What they provide is a tiny area behind a fence, where no person or animals go. Also had a major hassle over the bill.

While I was looking for a cheap room for one night I got just that the hotel is the middle of renovations and my room had not been done. the celing was falling in and the hotel grounds was littered with construction debries

My husband was in the hospital with heart surgery and they could not do enough for me. They gave me a great rate anda good room. The staff went out of thier way for me. This is not the first time I have stayed there and it will not be the last. Thank you It made my husband do btter not having to worry about me being on a limited income.

Do not even consider this Hotel. Who ever owns it has no pride in there business. When I walked in my room I was appauled by the run down appearance. There was dry wall tape hanging off the ceiling and a bad smell. The paint / fixtures look 20 years old. I was charged *for the night and could not get a refund from the manager. I mistakenly ignored the other bad reviews for this property as it was a Friday night and all the rooms in Reno were high. *** Do Not Consider this Property****

When we arrived the parking lot was over filled, location was far from the main casinos, and the rooms were janky! The shower was broken for the entire first day we were there. Complimentary breakfast was cold cereal and packaged pastries. Blah!
