  Dirty walls, florescent lights of various hues and an elevator that sounded like it was grinding to its last death. The room was tired. Light bulb missing in one lamp, the bathroom so small it was hard to get in/out of. The bed must have been around for a decade.The room got really warm (outside was around 80 degrees) so we turned on the air conditioning. It blew hot air. There is ""seasonal"" air so there was nothing to be done.It was suggested that we not walk outside at night. AVOID at all costs.

  We visit Reno 4 or 5 times a year, and always stay at the Celebrity Resort. The suites have a kitchen, dining and living room area, plus the bedroom(s) and bathroom. The rooms are nicely decorated, and always clean. The bathrooms are a bit small, but the shower and toilet are usually separated from the sink area. The location is great - walking distance from the ""strip"" in Reno, right on the river, and near Peg's, a great breakfast place. The staff is always pleasant and treat us like returning friends. Can't imagine staying anywhere else in Reno.

  Pleasantly surprised with how clean and large the rooms were. this goes for the bathroom as well. no wear marks on walls, floors, or carpets. very white linens. very close ...

  Pleasantly surprised with how clean and large the rooms were. This goes for the bathroom as well. No wear marks on walls, floors, or carpets. Very white linens. Very close to the main casinos too (3 blocks), yet far enough away to not be overwhelmed. Probs: front desk not terribly helpful on suggestions and inter-room sound insulation not great. Overall, food find.
