- If your international flight arrives in Panama City later than 2:00 p.m.; you will have to overnight in Panama City and take a domestic flight next day.

I have been traveling to Panama for many years and have seen the growth boom as Panama has become a destination. Las Olas Beach Resort is a great value, has yummy food, friendly staff, all this with miles of beach to walk on....paradise found. It is a bit off the beaten track and is perfect for those who want a real sense of what Panama is about. I love that I feel at home every time I go there. The staff also helps arrange fishing trips, kayaking in the mangrove, horseback ridding and lots of day trips that available in the area. (even baby sitters when we need some alone time) Hands down Las Olas is a great resort, fresh healthy food, clean rooms with ocean at your doorstep, I can't wait to go back!!!
