Happily spent a week here. I liked this hotel and its location. Its a clean boutique hotel that is well maintained. Breakfast is nice as well. Excellent choice amongst hotels in Jerusalem.

This place is good! I have stayed in this hotel 3 times in this year. I would stay again for sure.I was accomodated in a superior suite that had a very nice living room and a beautiful view.The hotel is very clean and location is convenient.

Stayed there for 3 nights between 11/12-11/15. They have no clue about customer's service. Rude receptionists. Wake up calls never delivered (thus we were almost going to miss our tour). Breakfast roomservice ordered th enight before was never delivered (when I asked why later on during the day I was told that it is in the refrigirator at the kitchen -- i.e. I was supposed to go to the dinning room to get it!!! I wonder who labels this as a 4 or 5 stars hotel?? Also, they tend to be extremely generous in spraying air-freshners in the rooms and elevators that would cause a person to develop asthma and keep sneezing all night long (never suffered from asthma in my life but the smell was so repelling that it affected my sleep)
