• Prior to the completion of your reservation, you'll see a Taxes & Fees line that includes an amount equal to the property's resort fee of 52.50 USD per day (58.58 USD including tax recovery charge), that will then be included in the total charge. Please see Hotel Description for specific information related to amenities included with the resort fee.
• Age Requirements: The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
• Falsified Reservations: Any reservation obtained under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and/or rental money and the party will not be permitted to check in.
• Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in rental units under any condition. Service animals are permitted as required by law. Providing certification documents at check-in is suggested.
