More and more people spend more and more time traveling and if a hotel stay is not simply to be a practical arrangement that has to be over and done with, it is vital for hotel staff to think in terms of providing an enjoyable experience. Furthermore, communication between guests and staff will also be a natural experience. This makes tremendous demands on our staff who, in addition to having a natural smile on their face, being accommodating and focused on making a difference, must also possess broad knowledge and be able to think and act unconventionally. The hotel location makes us, if anything, a city hotel. Nonetheless it is our desire to be our guests' place of refuge in their busy everyday lives.
