I went to this hotel last Christmas time in 2008. I had fun reserving this and excited. When I got there after 5 hours I wanted just to simply check in. As soon as I did a man came to me and went to my van with me. Ok, I didn't like that and he helped with my stuff even though I had my own boys with me to help. We got to my room and the room was nice. The things we didn't like was the rash that all of us had on our bodies form we think the chlorine from the pools and the bed bug bites. Even though this hotel was nice, it's an older hotel and the doors open from the outdoors. I wouldn't stay there again.

This is not a place would stay again. The location was good, very close to attractions and activities. The staff was nice. The room was horrible!!!!! Mold in the shower, cracks in the ceiling and the mini-fridge leaked water all over the floor. When my husband called the front desk he was told to adjust the temp himself. Then someone came by to check on it,they found nothing was wrong with the temp....it was just broken. They did not even move us to another room and there were other rooms available. Given the choice between staying in a tent and staying there again……I would pick the tent!

Hotel was great. Very clean. We were upgraded to a bigger room at check-in. The pools are great for kids. The only draw-back was the hotel staff who threw out 5 year old kids for splashing too much in the pool.

Beware of the room location prior to booking. I also got a much lower rate with one night free when I booked on my own. This is unacceptable and not fair to vacationers!!!! There are too many other hotels in the area.

I recently booked a family vacation through online travel website to stay at Caribbean Resort. The website shows a beautiful hotel with pools and waterpark, which sold me on booking. My Family loved what they saw on website. However once booked and paid in full i learned that my Family vacation was to be spent in a MOTOR LODGE one block north of the big beautiful hotel shown for advertising. After 3 hours on phone with online travel website I learned that it would cost me ***.00 more to get in the main hotel. I called Caribbean resort on my own and got a cheaper rate with one night free. Vacationers BEWARE CARIBBEAN RESORT did not and will not work with online travel website to make make this an enjoyable family vacation!!!!!!!!!!!!
