The Boardwalk Villas is a great hotel if you are attending the Epcot Food and Wine Festival. Epcot is within comfortable walking distance from the hotel and is very convenient for popping in for a while and then going back to the hotel to enjoy the pool and everything else the hotel has to offer. The Boardwalk itself is a lot of fun with great places to eat and a lot of activities for families. My husband and I took this trip as a three day quick getaway with the kids and we found this hotel to be perfect for us. Orlando was unseasonably cool on our visit so we did not get to enjoy the pool but we were able to use the hot tub which was great. We had a studio villa room which was very clean and comfortable. The small kitchen area was a great addition to the room. It provided a coffeemaker, microwave, refrigerator, and sink. You are also provided with coffee mugs, plates, cups, cutlery, and a corkscrew and opener. All in all, this was a very good room if you want to be close to the Epcot or Hollywood Studios areas. It is a bit more than the cost of average rooms but well worth it in my opinion.

I stayed at the hotel for a meeting, but had a chance to get out at night and it's very cool to be right on the boardwalk, with its restaurants. I could also see the fireworks show from my private patio. They do a really nice job at bringing you into the Disney experience with little things in the room. I felt like the room was nice a private.

We just love the Boardwalk! It is an exciting place to stay! Lively & upbeat at all times with the hustle & bustle on the Boardwalk ~ never a dull moment! ESPN Zone for games & great food, lots of dining choices. Walk to Epcot or watch nightly fireworks from your balcony! Kids love the pools! Close to it all! FUN FUN FUN!!

We have stayed at many different disney resorts and this is hands down our favorite. We call it home away from home.It is a little on the expensive side but the location is worth the extra money. Go for a villa room if you can they have extra features like a washer/dryer in the room but the studios are nice as well.
