  Extremely friendly and English-speaking hotel staff. Hotel looked brand new, very clean and modern, great location beside upscale Multi-plaza shopping mall. Breakfast buffet each morning in the hotel restaurant at a good price. Convenient and affordable taxis available by arrangement from front desk to take tours of city/canal/etc. Felt like I was staying at a nice hotel in the states. Would definitely stay here again.
