  I stayed there with my youth sports group. Staff very friendly, rooms and grounds clean, security patrolled at night. Wish there was more seating in breakfast area and open at 6am on weekends. We were pressed for time on Sunday and breakfast area was crowded, we had to go elsewhere for breakfast. Wish I would have made reservations for our upcoming trip when I booked the dates we stayed. The rate went up to $* per room per night.

  Although our stay was brief, it was comfortable, clean and the CSR's were very accomodating. It was a very busy time for the hotel and yet we felt as if we received all the attention that was necessary.
  
  The cocktail hour is something that should be experienced by all who stay at the Clarion.
  
  Enjoy, we did.

  We travel frequently back to Augusta to visit our boys who still live there. The hotel is a great one to stay at, and we do that at least every 2 months. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Great price, also.

  The room was huge..the building has some age, but they appear to still be trying to improve and maintain. the location is excellent. staff was great! the grits were ...

  The room was huge..The building has some age, but they appear to still be trying to improve and maintain. the location is excellent. Staff was great! The grits were scorched, but the bar looked good! The helper said she was going to throw it in the trash in 15 minutes so the grits would be no problem.. Why serve bad food? Take it off the bar..I would stay there again...
