All staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Didn't know how to work coffee machine and someone came over immediately to show us how to use it. Free continental breakfast buffet was beautifully displayed, fresh and diverse, not just cereal and pastries - included a variety of fruit as well as deli meats and boiled eggs. Loved the room - very modern, classy, and beautifully appointed - very comfortably took care of our family of five. Nice pool but didn't get to use it. Nicest kitchenette we've ever seen. Upper floor rooms are 6 and higher. Fire station is right across the street but fortunately never heard it. Really excellent location. Don't forget your room card or you'll have trouble getting back through the garage level entrance. Would definitely go back to this hotel next time in town. Don't forget Whistler is hosting Olympics in 2010 so reserve in advance!

The Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre is right in the center where the action is. It's so worth the stay. The room is clean and modern. A nice view if you like to be a hermit, but there is no reason to. Internet and breakfast buffet was nice. Kitchen a plus. Gotta to visit the local resturants for some good northwest cuisines. They're running a nice special now in the early summer, ranging from $19, $29, and $39 prix fix menus. My fav is Rim Rock Cafe. But they are all good. Only downside is parking, but you can park in Lot 4 in designated areas over night for free up to 72 hours. Be careful as some people will tell you can't. It's a loophole for campers who camp there overnight. A short walk away. Enjoy.

pan pacific whistler village was a wonderful choice for our christmas holiday. we stayed in a 2 bedroom unit. plenty of room for our family of 5. the pool was nice. hot tub large. we also used the pool and spa at the mountainside resort one day. the hotel is very close to the mountainside breakfast buffet that was included was fabulous. the best we've ever had. so many delicious and healthy choices. yes, the parking fee is a bummer. but we drove up, unloaded our stuff, and they took our vehicle to park. when we needed it back, they brought it promptly.

We stayed 2 nights in this wonderful hotel and wished we were staying longer! The 1 bedroom suite we enjoyed had a kitchen, living room with fireplace, bedroom and a nice bathroom with nice amenities. It is nice to be able to open windows and the doors off the balcony for fresh air. This hotel is nicely located in the village with plenty of shopping and places to eat. The buffet breakfast was very good and the coffee was great! The staff was very friendly and honest. Stay here is you can!
