The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Was not impressed with the resturant attached. Food was expensive and the staff was not friendly at all. Air conditioner went out in our room on the first day. We complained for 3 days until the hotel manager came to our room to check on the air and then told us that we should have complained earlier but the hotel was booked and he could not move us to another room. When we told him that we had been complaining for 3 days he offered us a fan which was so small you had to sit on it to feel the air. Later that evening he did offer us wine and fruit for our inconvinence. Also the maids washed the cups and glasses that we used in the bathroom sink with hand soap and then put them back which I found to be unsanitary. Other than that the room was keep clean and it was easy to get around from that location.

We stayed there only one night - we had spent a week in Dublin at a different hotel (not nearly as nice as this one) - then went to Scotland but had to come back to Dublin to catch our flight back to the USA - this hotel has a shuttle to and from the hotel. We wanted to go earlier to the airport the next morning and there was no room for us in the shuttle so the hotel called a taxi and paid for it - we were surprised. The hotel was awesome - and the dinner we had there was superb....the desk clerks were very friendly. We loved this hotel. The rooms were huge - and the service was wonderful.

My family and I stayed in this hotel. We found it to be very pleasant. We stayed in a family room that had one large bed and 2 pull out couches fo the kids. The room was always clean. they even put shortbread cookies by the teapot everyday. The staff was very nice and helpful. They told us what busses to take and gave us brochures for tours. We cancelled our rental car at the last minute at the airport and used the courtesy phone to call for the hotels free shuttle bus and even though we made no prior arrangements, they sent the shuttle right over to get us. Wake up calls, calls for taxis and the shuttle were also prompt and waiting. Food at the hotel bar area was great and not too expensive. They couldn't have been nicer. Bustop not too far (across intersection and down the road allittle).

This was a very nice and clean hotel. It reminded me of business hotels in Germany. It was clean and they provided what you needed. It is close to the airport, which was great, and the bus stop to get into the city was accorss the street. It was in a quiet area with brand new apts. being built. The restaurant was good but expensive. The staff was friendly. It was a good value and we were very happy with our stay there. I would recommend this to a couple or family with older kids.
