I stayed here for two nights in August 2009. The hotel directions from the train station were perfect. It is ideally located in the main area of town overlooking the river within walking distance of the main points of interest. The room was comfortable and the overall price was good. Breakfast was exceptional buffet-style and you could sit on the deck overlooking the river. The staff was friendly and helpful. When I go back to Lucerne some day I would definitely stay here and highly recommend it!

It was just across the bridge from the train station, and very easy to find. You can actually see it as you cross the bridge.The accomondations were very nice, and the staff was helpful. They held my luggage on the day of my arrival and the day of my departure. The breakfast on the balcony overlooking Lake Lacerne was delightful. One word of warning, when you leave the table, cover your bread. The birds are very friendly, and very hungry in the morning. Breakfast was my favorite part! The hotel was in walking distance of all the major attractions, many resturants and shops. I highly recommend this hotel for its ideal location, service and charm.
