  I would not recommend this place to anybody, holes in the sheets, upgraded view room gave us a view of a roof, stains everywhere and they gave us a room ...

  I would not recommend this place to anybody, holes in the sheets, upgraded view room gave us a view of a roof, stains everywhere and they gave us a room with two double beds when we booked a king. The staff was not friendly at all and the location was bad.

  Everything in the hotel is smells old and actually it is old. air condition is the worst. sheets smell like they have never been washed. you dont like to walk ...

  The Desert Princess is sort of stuck in the 80's. I did not find it to be shabby, but it does not have the sexy features that other resorts have, like trendy restaurants, a Starbucks or Seattles Best Coffee, or anything interesting around the pool - no cabanas, for example. There is a spa - somewhere down the road - which I didn't find. Also, there is no walking trail, and you are not permitted on the golf course unless in a cart for golf. So the things I like to do at a resort were not there. The Doral golf facilities did look nice, I can say.

  I travel a ton for business and pleasure. through all my travels, there has never been a staff that treated me better than the staff at the doral.
