  DO NOT STAY HERE. The room had a bad smell. The door had only one way of locking and was so old that it could have been kicked in with one kick. After being in the room for about 20 minutes I went into town and got a room at a different place.

  The pictures posted have this hotel right on the ocean, which isn't the case. In addition, it shows a four-star rating which cannot be right; one star, at the most. The place is run-down, the shower had mildew in it, and the bed was kind of hard. I'd stick with a chain.

  The pictures posted have this hotel right on the ocean, which isn't the case. In addition, it shows a four-star rating which cannot be right; one star, at the most. The place is run-down, the shower had mildew in it, and the bed was kind of hard. I'd stick with a chain.

  This is an older hotel, that is not upgraded to current fixtures. It is clean, the bed comfortable, and well located. There is not a hair dryer, and the inroom coffee is inexpensive......so is the rate. A perfect place to stop on the way north or south.

  We stayed here in June and July 2006. Rooms were spotless, quiet area, recently remodeled rooms, friendly staff, only downside, the bathrooms are small and only have shower stalls which are also very small. Bathrooms were also spotless. Dorm size fridges need to be replaced with energy efficient, cleaner units.
