  This appears to be a fairly new built motel in the small town of Swainsboro. The motel is set well back from the road which is not busy and quiet at night.. It is on a good sized plot with a swimming pool at the rear. All pool furniture looks new but the pool was not open in April when I was there. Although some room are classed as suites, they are just good sized rooms with some seating but are a good value. ( I always feel a suite should have a separate sitting room and bedroom ) There are two levels of rooms with parking at the door.The rooms are furnished in a good standard and there is free internet and a large flat screen tv. There is very little choice of restaurant in Swainsboro other than fast food, and nothing at all within in walking distance of the motel which is on the southern outskirts of the town. There is a continental breakfast available which is of average standard.

  The rooms were clean, but the bathroom was old. the door wasn't tightly sealed and at night you can see huge roaches in the parking lot. due to the ...

  The rooms were clean, but the bathroom was old. The door wasn't tightly sealed and at night you can see huge roaches in the parking lot. Due to the seal issue, I purchased a can of RAID and sprayed the outside perimeter of the door. I had paranoid visions of roaches coming into the room and in the bed. I also saw a tiny roach on the controls of the A/C.
