When I first arrived at the hotel, I had my doubts about the place. When I checked in, X was very helpful and friendly to me. We went to our rooms and I was very surprised to how nice and clean the rooms were. The kitchenette in the rooms made my stay alot easier for me when you are traveling with children. The hotel is very close to most of the parks, and the breakfast in the morning was very helpful also. I would definately stay here again.

We stayed at the Baymount inn in Kissimee Fl. The beds were so bad I had to go out and buy some pillows to get a goods night sleep! The floors were so dirty if you would walk across the floor your feet would be black, only 2 people from the office were helpful the rest were worthless. We had asked for room service one day and they only cleaned one bed and left the comforter and sheets in the corner on the nasty floor, did not clean the sink or tube or the floor in the rest room, I asked to be moved and the only room they had was on the 3rd floor . The professionalism from the owner/manager was horrific. We were searching for my 6 yr olds doll when found a pair of dirty underwear stuffed by the head board. I will never stay at one of those places again!!!!!!!!!
