  I have stayed at this hotel several times. Check-in and check-out has always been efficient and front desk staff has been helpful and knowledgeable. Easy access from and to the interstate, next door to a truck stop but very quiet. Convenient to numerous restaurants and shopping. Room was clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast includes some hot foods as well as the usual cereal and pastry choices. In my opinion this is probably the best choice in the area.

  Do NOT set up a room block for potential guests at the Baymont Inn in Augusta, GA!!! We were charged for 9 rooms (over $***) for rooms that were held in a ""courtesy block"" for our wedding in August 2008. Beware of room blocks especially if they do not provide you with documentation of the ""contract"". The customer service was horrendous.
