Important Hotel Information
- Check in at the Elkhorn Lodge during their front desk hours. After hours, please follow the directions above to the Beaver Creek Reception Center. Front Desk Hours vary slightly during the off-season, but they typically run: During Ski Season, 7am- 10pm. During the summer months (Memorial Day to Labor Day), 8am- 6pm. From mid-April to Memorial Day and Labor Day to Thanksgiving, Monday through Friday 8am- 5pm.
