Important Hotel Information
- Check-in at the front office located at 56805 Venture Lane. Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is 11 am. We are very strict on adhering to the set check-in/check-out times. The person checking into the rental home or condo must be at least 21 years of age.
- Please call our office at 541-593-5018 if you will be arriving after 7:00 pm for after hours check-in procedures. A non-refundable cleaning fee with a 7% tax and a non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee will be charged to you upon check-in at Sunset Realty. No exceptions.
The Fairway Village Condominiums is situated near 50 shops and restaurants at the Sunriver Village Mall and Sunriver Resort Lodge.The complex offers two swimming pools, two championship golf courses, over 30 tennis courts, over 30 miles of paved biking/hiking trails, a marina with canoe rentals, and a full-service spa.The guests must be 21 years of age or older in order to check in. A non-refundable cleaning fee with a seven percent tax and a non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee will be charged upon check-in at Sunset Realty.
