  I would not send my worst enemy to this hotel. My experience included a mistake on the pricing (in my favor) on the web page when I made my reservation. The reservation was made and when I showed up at the hotel after a VERY LONG DAY of traveling, I was denied my room becuase I had booked a rate on the internet that the owner of the hotel would not honor. While I had all the necessary reciepts, the owner decided it was best to argue with me instead of providing me with the room which I had booked over the inernet. I did ask that if he was in my position, with all the information and reciepts that I have, would he be doing the same thing that I am doing, that is trying to get the room that was booked. Yes, was the reply but no you are not getting a room at the rate that you booked this room. The excuses and the reasons became even more ridicoulous as our "negogiation" proceeded and I finally threw in the towel knowing that he was not going to budge. But, I have the reciepts that THEY printed out showing my bargain room rate so I will taking this further. Until then, please be aware there are many other wonderful hotels in beautiful Saltillo, Mexico. If you stay at this one, I truely wish you better luck than I had.
