I have never put the time or effort into writing a review because I have never had such a bad experience as I had last week. Although I had pre-paid through Travelocity and it was confirmed at my check-in, I was locked out of my room the 2nd day of my stay. I came back to my room late at night, curtains wide open displaying the contents of my room to anyone who passed by and the room had not been visited by housekeeping. The first day I had to hunt down a TV remote control and 2 lamps weren't operative but it was the security issue that really concerned me. The check in clerk was able to confirm that shutting me out of the room was a mistake but that didn't keep him from calling me at 10:05 p.m. and 10:25 p.m. with questions about my reservation! Exposing the contents of my room to any passer by is a sever security breach! This hotel is located in a marginal neighborhood.

I have stayed at this hotel couple to times and every time I had an excellent stay. First of all, this hotel has the lowest rates and their rooms are very comfortable. Hotel has free WI-Fi internet service. The location is also a plus. It is very close to all the major casinos and I-80. I will definitely be back.

Over charged my credit card before arrival.The air conditioner didn't work the carpet was still wet from being cleaned,You should have thrown the badly stained carpet out.
The dead bolt didn't work ,I didn't feel safe at all.
Asked the front desk to fix nobody showed up at all.
I stayed 1 night ,left the lights on to help ward off the roaches and mice.
I have traveled poor countries and the accomidations there were far better then the Knights inn.
I can't wait to write a review on your website to warn any other travelers.
