The show cooking and the weekly gala dinner provide memorable experiences. Gentlemen must wear long trousers at dinner. Smoking is not permitted in the restaurant. The Buffet restaurant offers a daily breakfast service with an extensive and varied cold buffet and a fine selection of fresh products prepared as guests wait by Live Cooking. The El Aire Gourmet restaurant, specialising in Mediterranean cuisine, offers all the flavour and freshness of haute cuisine. Accompanied by a select national and international wine list. Open daily for lunch and dinner. The Il Faro Italian restaurant with its fabulous open-air terrace and spectacular views over Isla del Aire island, offers a wonderful Italian menu served in a relaxing setting. Open daily for lunch and dinner. In half board, guests can choose between a selection of dishes from the Buffet restaurant or, by arrangement, a selection of dishes from the El Aire or Il Faro restaurants. The hotel also comprises two bars. The Prestige pool bar, with its relaxing pool-side terrace has a bar and café service and delicious selection of snacks, cocktails and ice creams.
