The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:00), lunch (12:30-15:00) and dinner (18:30-21:30), all buffet style with show cooking, served in Ambar restaurant. During meals soft drinks, house wine and spirits are offered (all local). Also at the disposal of the AI guests are the A la Carte Mexico Lindo restaurant (18:30-23:00, Mexican specialties) and the Bavaro Steak House (12:30-16:00 & 18:30-23:00, specialized in meat take away from 12:00-24:00). Pizza and hot dogs are available to take away. Snacks such as hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza and sandwiches are available between 12:00 & 24:00 at the snack bars of Bavaro Beach & Caribe hotels and from 24:00-03:00 at the disco. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like spirits, house wine, soft drinks, etc are served at the Carey lobby bar, the Coco pool snack bar and the Coral beach bar.
