The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:30), lunch (12:30-15:00) and dinner (18:30-22:00), all buffet style with grills & show cooking, served in the Caribe restaurant. During meals soft drinks, house wine and spirits are offered. Also at the disposal of the AI guests is the grill restaurant La Piña (12:30-17:00, fish & meat), the Rincon Dominicano (12:30-16:00, Dominican specialties), the Arroceria el Bohio (12:30-16:00 & 19:00-23:00, specialized in rice) and the La Brisa (12:30-16:00 & 19:00-24:00, fish & sea food). Snacks such as hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza and snadwiches are available between 12:00 & 24:00 at the snack bars of the Bavaro Beach & Caribe hotels and from 24:00-03:00 at the disco. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like spirits, house wine, soft drinks, etc are served at the Mamey lobby bar, the Caney pool bar, the Bohio pool snack bar, the La Pina beach bar and the La Brisa.
