The hotel is beautiful, but that is the only thing going for it. Be very careful of all the hidden charges. They are located quite far out of town and it is $* per person to take their shuttle. They have a deal with the cab company's so altho you can get a shuttle from the airport, when you get ready to leave you have to take a cab and it $* USD. Our room was awful!! The phone did not work, the ceiling fan did not work, the handle fell off the shower, the lights quit working. The last straw is when I filled the tub to take a bath, black scum came out of the faucet followed by dark brown water. When I called the front desk they said it was fine and I should just let it run for awhile. The food in the restaurant was overpriced and not very good. I would never go back to this place.

This is a very nice hotel. The view from the hotel is awesome, the rooms are very nice, hotel staff is great and the food is average. The plus for this hotel is that it does have a great view of the ocean from every room. Even the swimming pool in the first section overlooks the ocean. The minus is that they do not have a swimmable beach and the secluded location from town. If you want to swim from the beach or do any water sports you will need to go somewhere. There is a shuttle between the hotel and their sister hotel located in the Marina area so that was helpful but if you are looking to spend a lot of time away from the hotel then this might not be the best place. We have kids and they always wanted to swim the ocean or do activities so we were constantly shuttling back and forth.

We arrived and didn't know what to expect. It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL upon arrival. All staff members were very attentive and prompt. The resort is still under some construction, but we loved it! We loved it so much we purchased a time share there. The food was excellent! The pina coloadas were devine! We can't wait to go back next year. The views were breathe taking. All rooms have a balcony facing the ocean. Shuttle available to go into town, but there was also a taxi available for a fee. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go.

We arrived and didn't know what to expect. It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL upon arrival. All staff members were very attentive and prompt. The resort is still under some construction, but we loved it! We loved it so much we purchased a time share there. The food was excellent! The pina coloadas were devine! We can't wait to go back next year. The views were breathe taking.
