El Greco was great. Our two bedroom was clean, great view with lots of room for 4 women. The hotel introduced us to Andre who took us on all our tours, he was wonderful and we felt so well taken care of and safe. The kitchen and dining areas were better than expected. The restaurant was great and free breakfast was choice of American or Jamaican, we liked both. The pool was clean and good location. Hip Strip is right down the elevator that has a 24 hour guard they were great, really nice. So we knew we were safe. I am going back in August by myself and know I will have a great safe trip. I would recommend it to EVERYONE. The Chef even gives hugs.

I had started my review and after going through the others I know xactly how those poor folks felt. What they all say is true. THAT HOTEL IS A DISGRACE. I dont know how the JAMAICA TOURIST BOARD allow them to operate until now or should say say still stay open. I stayed tthere about four (4) times and made the biggest mistake. Each time I thought things would have been different or better but it was only worse. The fixtures in the bathroom all fall off when you try to take a shower, there is a large basin for you to catch water in and pour over your body because there is no water pressure to reach up to the showe head. Their so called air condition works for five(5) minutes then start to blow hot air . It doesnt matter how many complaints, they go to deaf ears. While I was there in Auguest 08, I had to change room 4 times and none was better than the other. I wouldn't recommend any to go and stay there on their vacation. ITS A DISGRACE FOR A HOTEL.

I had started my review and after going through the others I know xactly how those poor folks felt. What they all say is true. THAT HOTEL IS A DISGRACE. Showers dont work, air condition dont work, lots ants crawling all over your groceries, maintenance poor, furniture all broken down and falling apart, complaints go unanswered and many other stuff. Not recommended by me to any visitors. TOTAL RIPOOF.

Showers dont work, air condition dont work, lots ants crawling all over your groceries, maintenance poor, furniture all broken down and falling apart, complaints go unanswered and many other stuff. Not recommended by me to any visitors. TOTAL RIPOOF.
