I had planned to stay at your resort, however the trip was canceled. I originally booked the trip with an online booking website. I had to change the dates because of a schedule conflict with my work. I went back and forth with Customer Service from the online booking website to resolve the change in dates. At first, I believed the online booking website to be at fault for the lack of cooperation between you and them. I found that not to be true. The problem is your Reservations Manager! My wife called your Reservations Manager and explained our problem. The Reservations Manager stated a request for change had been noted in your computer, but she failed to contact Travelocity to confirm the change. The Reservations Manager told my wife to have Travelocity call her and she would be waiting for their call. When my wife was on the phone with Travelocity, your Reservations Manager would not take Travelocity's call. It was only when Travelocity informed them we would be canceling our trip did the Reservations Manager take the call. Because of your Reservations Manager lack of customer service and the ability to change our reservation without hassle, we decided to continue with the cancellation. I was very disappointed with the way your Reservations Manager handled this case. Please believe me, this was not our first time visiting Los Cabo and we had decided to purchase a timeshare on this trip from your resort. THAT WILL NOT BE HAPPENING!!!!!!! With the economy the way it is, I can assure you your resort will suffer far past the recovery with the current Reservations Manager and customer service you displayed to my wife and I.

This place is outstanding. I stayed last year for their first year of opening and I have to say the service and my 1 bedroom suite was excellent. Ahhhh, and the pool was great, bingo at the bar was fun. The ocean is right out the door. There is a mini store down the road for all the extras you need to cook. If you want a treat in Cabo, this place is great for the price! Have a muy bueno time!

My wife and I stayed here in April of 2009. The staff was friendly and the room was beautiful.My advice is to get a junior suite. They start on the third floor. I stayed on the fourth floor and my view of the bay outside my window was spectacular. I made it clear when I arrived I wasn't intrested in the time share program and they respected that. The staff was friendly and helpful and no was a word I never heard. There is a wal-mart and a sam's club about five minutes away to help off set the cost of meals. There is no good cheap cheap food in Cab unlees you want to spend your day eating from taco stands. The food at the breakfast buffet is good and dinner at the 12tribes is good also. Cabo Wabo makes outstanding burgers and try the fish tacos at ""squid row"", if you a party try the ""mango deck"" restaurant directly on the beach in front of the hotel. The beach is spectacular here and the buckets of beer are never ending, but not cheap. Cabo is fast becoming very over commercialized (Hardrock Cafe, Johnny Rockets), so enjoy it while it still has charm.

The hotel was in a perfect area, very close to everything. However our friends who came with us approved of the room though the girl who was at the front desk who helped them was not very friendly or helpful from the time we came. At first they told them they were upgraded and their room would be ready soon then called us and told us their room was next to ours and the keys would be right up but after an hour no one came so we had to go get the keys and to come find out their room was on the other side of the hotel no upgrade was given and their room had nothing which was said to be in it. Also, don't save your chairs in the morning if your not going to stay in them because after about 20 min they do a swept of all the towels and your belongings with it. Just make sure when you check in everything that is said happens. Everyone in the hotel was very nice and helpful except this one girl. I do recommend this hotel because we had no problems but if your traveling with friends try to make sure everything that is said to happen, happens.
