  I stayed at this hotel it was very nice and clean.Also they have good High Speed Internet and very helpful Frontdesk plus hotel has very easy access from I - 40.

  The first room was filthy and pretty far from the parking lot as the stairs closest to the room were broken. went back to the front desk and they refused ...

  The first room was filthy and pretty far from the parking lot as the stairs closest to the room were broken. Went back to the front desk and they refused to give a refund but would change the room. Second one was even worse...black yucky stuff in the tub, hair, etc. Went back to front desk and refused to stay. Manager came out, reiterated there would be no refund and asked for the key back. Had him write a checkout receipt w/ date and time before I handed the key over. Called the credit card company and they said they'd take care of getting the refund. Scarey!
