We were allowed to check in early which was nice but they didn't have the promised roll-away bed. By evening time the hotel was out of towels for which I am so glad we brought our own..lol. Other than that it is a good place to just keep your stuff and sleep. It was a short drive to the beach but coming back was always tough because of traffic. I feel we got our money's worth but with 2 adults and 3 children we really needed the extra bed.

Because of the kitchen in the suites there is no complimary breakfast. Although, it is advertised on their website. The movie gallerie that they speak of is about 50 dvd behind the counter that you could ask for. I think the customer service sucks because it is an individually owned hotel, that's how those hotels are usually. Location, not so great for the price. You would think it would be less since it's no-where near the seawall! Cleanliness: I must say, it was a very clean hotel. No complaints in this dept. The restroom was nice and clean, as well as the room and kitchen area. Another thing is that there is only one entrance and exit to the hotel, lots of traffic in and out.

05/31/2009No courtesy breakfast. when discussed with front desk clerk, he denied that it was advertised and argued about the fact.
