My wife and I, along with our two kids booked a room here for a two week vacation from Iraq. When we got there things seemed okay. The front lobby was clean and the staff seemed friendly. Once we got to our room, our opinon of the hotel drastically worsened. The bed was just made and once we turned down the sheet we noticed the pillow case was soaked with a brown liquid. When I called the front desk to complain, the phone cradle and receiver had the same brown liquid in it. Housekeeping came and fixed that problem. We left to get food and when we got back I noticed that the door wouldn't lock. Our stuff had been unsecure the entire time we were gone. The bathroom was dirty, the towel rack fell off and hit my wife in the head, the toilet handle broke off when my son tried to flush the toilet. This was a room you always read about but think, it could never happen to me. Worse yet, they had a no refund policy. I booked another hotel that night and we moved out the next morning.
