this resort was very nice. a variety of food at meal times. the pool areas were nice also, it would be nicer if the pool stayed open later for evening swims. there were so many activities from aerobics to bingo.make reservation immediately for the restaurants as the fill up days in advance.

went there last week for a 5 day 4 night break. Hotel was very clean, ac worked well. the food stunk. I will pretty much eat anything and even to me the food was bad. Making a reservation at one of the restaurants was immpossible they were booked by 9 a.m., andthe food there alos stunk!! Steak so tough you couldnt finish it. The hidden treasure was named Delroy the chef at the beach jerk shack the best meal of the day jerk chicken, curried goat and assorted sides so don't settle for the buffet lunch take a walk down on the beach it will be worth it. The drinks seemed very weak but that was all taken care of with just a few dollars and then they all got double hit. The staff were very freindly and helpful. Can get a great massage at the spa for a reasonable amount. the beach is so-so. Its a bay beach with no wave action at all. About 30 feet out the sandy bottom turns to slimy mud, not so great. Jtl tours were right on time with the transfers and the one excursion we took (zip line). Zipl line was fun, the tour crew a blast. would recommend it. In room mini bar was well stocked with 4 bottles of liquor, beer, soda and bottled water. Some room have good views other NONE so check if a view is important to you.The activies at the hotel were embarassingly bad!! asid from a few issues we found it very relaxing and wouod recommend it .

It is very close to the airport, so after traveling all day it was a relief to be at the hotel quickly. The staff was very pleasant. The elevator did not work during our stay nor was anyone working on it. The beach is not that nice and a long walk to the bar to get a drink. Best food was the bbq on the beach. The restaurants all (buffet style) have pretty much the same food, couldn't get reservations at the "exclusive" restaurants. Entertainment is all day long and the staff works really hard at being professional and they are good at their jobs. I was surrounded by kids at the pool bar and didnt see their parents in sight. Restrooms could be closer to bars, pool and beach. Could be the reason the pool doesnt seem too clean. Don't leave the hotel grounds.

Very friendly and helpful staff for first time visitors to Jamaica. Very clean and spacious rooms. Excellent food and very helpful people to explain and lineup tours. Loved every minute of my stay and look forward to returning.

One of the worst trips I have ever taken . When we got there the elevator in our building wasn't working, had to carry suitcases u three flights, paid for an ocean view, but got a garden view. Construction debris was surrounding the elevator shaft, the toilet in our room wasn't working. Attempted to have our room changed, however management refused, finally got the travel agent involved and our room was finally changed. Food not that great. Just not worth it. I hear the Riu in Ocho Rios is much better, try there!!!!!!!!
