Stayed July 31. 1/2 block from Resorts Casino. Dirty, dirty dirty! Noisy-right on street. Room smelled like the powdered carpet cover up used everywhere. The building is old, elevator broken. Bathroom so gross we didn't even shower. Slept with my clothes on. Had to hook a chair under the door knob as only a flimsy chain on the door for security.

Bad place to stay
01/25/2009The place smelled like strong smoke, and the parking was tight. next time i will spend a couple of dollars and stay at name brand hotel not motel.

the hotel is definitely not a 5 star accomodation. But it is a great deal . The room was clean and stocked with towels and a mini-fridge. It was a stones throw from the trump taj and the boardwalk. The price was the best part. We were staying for a night and the rate was a third of the price of any of the casino room prices.

If you go to the Crown expecting a luxury hotel, you're going to be disappointed. Our room was clean, well-stocked with towels and had a micro-fridge. It was a short well-lit walk to the Boardwalk The customer service was excellent. We arrived a few hours early and he let us check-in with no problem and then let us leave our car there after check-out while we went to brunch. We would definitely stay here again!
