- Offsite trailer parking will be provided for both May Bike Weeks. A charge of 20 per day will apply.

No restuarant, bad parking, horrible customer relations, kicked us out for complaining and said "It is Travel online problem, not ours" and you have 20 minutes to leave or we will charge you for an additional night in your room. We had already paid for 5 nights before we arrived. We were humiliated. My husband has health issues and needed a place to eat on site and they had none. We had "ocean view" instead of "ocean front" as requested. We will never stay there again. Travel online moved us to a wonderful hotel that had everything we needed at no additional charge to us. travel online rocks. Wilson family from Missouri

We stayed in the 3 bedroom oceanfront view. The rooms were very nice and met our expectations. We were not clear on some of the housekeeping routine but was able to find someone from the housekeeping staff that was able to help us with our concerns. The parking deck is less than desireable because you can't see when another car is coming in the opposite direction. Our 9 year old loved the indoor pool and had the weather been more desirable, getting to the beach was a breeze. We would recommend it to others. JMH, North Carolina

beautiful hotel, 2 bedroom suite was perfect, but we could not get housekeeping to clean the room. We had a child get sick and needed linen and of course clean towels. After calling down to housekeeping at 3:30pm and left a message for someone to call. Finally had to go to the office and get our own towels and linen. We made the bed and cleaned up ourselves. When we checked in at 8:30pm on Friday evening, there were people in the office trying to check-in, but there rooms were not ready according to the young lady at the desk. Fortunately for us, our room was ready because by 8:30pm, we were all tired from traveling and the child was already falling asleep in the car. Nice place, but very disappointed in the hotel not having enough staff on duty.

I took a chance based on the one review on the travelocity website. Good decision on my part. I believe these are time share condos, but whatever they are they are clean, comfortable, and the furnishings are unbelievable. LCD TV's in each bedroom and another in the living room, bathroom for each bedroom, full kitchen and a great rate at this time of year. The staff was wonderful and helpful. This will be our new hotel for our visits to Myrtle Beach.

The staff was just so wonderful and helpful plus they were a lot of fun!! We really liked the fact that you get a key for the doors leading into the building because at night they are locked! What can I say about our mini apartment??? Absolutely beautiful, very inviting, cozy, extremely clean, and the most comfortable beds I have ever been in! The indoor pool area was very nice. The whole place was just so clean! We will df. be back again-- I have been going to Myrtle Beach for 0 years now and this is by fr the nicest place I have stayed at! Like I said-- the staff is also wonderful- makes the trip so complete!
