- There is a one time cleaning fee charged at check in. The fee is 29.00 for 1 night or 35.00 for 2 nights or more.
- Please call 928-284-4001 on the Day of Arrival with an ETA. You will be met at the property by a representative with a key to the townhome. If arriving after 8:00 PM you will be given special instructions on how to obtain the key after hours.
